HOW DO I BUY A GIFT CARD?

You can purchase the gift card via the voucher page. You will immediately receive your gift card code in your confirmation email. The gift card is therefore not sent physically. 

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD CODE?

Simply enter the gift card code we sent you via email in the checkout section. After you have entered the code, the amount will be deducted from the total amount of your order. 

CAN I USE THE GIFT CARD FOR MORE THAN ONE ORDER?

Of course! The amount you spend on your order will be deducted from your gift card. You can use the remaining amount for your next order with the same gift card code.

I PAID FOR AN ORDER WITH MY GIFT CARD AND NOW I WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS.

Returned orders are always refunded using the same payment method. After we have refunded you the amount, you can use the same gift card code for a new order.
