Unfortunately, we have no control over the processing time of the shipping service. Depending on our workload, it may take between 3 to 8 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for us to receive and process your return. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.

If your return is marked as ‘Delivered’, please allow a little more time. We are working flat out to process all returns as quickly as possible.
