I received a defective product.Updated 6 months ago

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately via email ([email protected]) with the following information: 

  • Your order number
  • Which product is damaged
  • Description of the damage
  • Photo evidence

If the product was already damaged at the time of delivery, please also take a photo of the package to document its condition upon arrival. 

Once we have received the information mentioned above, we will promptly work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
