I would like to change/cancel my orderUpdated 6 months ago

We cannot make any changes to your order after you click the ‘Place order’ button. This includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order
  • Delivery method 
  • Applying discount codes

There is a small window of time in which you can still cancel your order. Contact our customer service team immediately by email ([email protected]). Our service team will then let you know whether a cancellation was possible. 

If your cancellation is received too late, you will have to follow our return procedure
